Despite the chaos, Yggdrasil does not fall; it remains steadfast, a symbol of continuity and the cyclical nature of existence. In the prophecy of Ragnarök, Yggdrasil’s role is both dramatic and symbolic. Ragnarök, often referred to as the “Twilight of the Gods,” is the foretold apocalyptic event in Norse mythology.

The Yggdrasil project is located in Central North Sea on the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS), approximately 160km west of Kollsnes, near Bergen.
